Should i rat out an cheater (with a prostitute)?

Ok, heres what is happening. I am a single truck driver. When I am back home, I park in a family owned secured parking lot, so I know the whole family. I also take a truck stop prostitute out to dinner (no sex), it gives me a nsa dinner companion and her a chance to be treated with respect and eat a good dinner. This weekend, i meet am waiting for her at the restraunt, and up comes the husband/father of the lot where I park, she gets out comes in. I asked her how she knows Franklin, she says hes a regular. We get to talking, and he doesnt use a condom.
Now, normally, i stay out of peoples business, but I know Kathy has more than one STD, and again, according to her, he has more than once not used an protection. She has said straight up that the reason he uses her is that Mandy (his wife) doesnt want more kids, so he uses a condom with her. So, we are dealing with a familys health here. What would you do? BTW, Kathy is more than willing to back me up if i decide to tell Mandy.

    Followup on this; Kathy has AIDS. After a phone call today, i will be moving her into my spare bedroom to give her stability during this horrid time she is about to go through. She is concerned about a few of the familys that she knows she has possiblity infected, and is going to contact the familys to let them know to get tested, not by my advice i might add, she is doing this on her own. One rule i gave her was to keep me and my address anonymous, and she agreed with that. So, without my being involved in it, it worked itself out.

    I think the right thing would be to tell the wife asap. Mind you, I might just walk away from it as doing the right thing sometimes comes with a price and I can be a wimp. Be ready to fight if you get involved really.

        It's not advice, it is what I believe. That woman deserves to know and that's what's that.

        Keeping your mouth shut is not the right thing to do in this case in my opinion. It's the smart thing to do but not the right thing to do.

    tell the husband that if he doesn't start wearing a rubber with EVERYONE HE'S BONING, you'll rat him out. Otherwise, keep out of this in general.
