Should i have member chat by now?

I have been a member of this site for going on a couple months now. I am positive, pose no threat and have a clean record of behavior on this site. However, I do not have the time to be on this site every day. I log in when I can and when I do, I comment and opinionate the newest posts, and also reply to people too. When inspiration comes, I will post a story or poll I see fit to be on this site. Even though I can't be here everyday, I do still participate in the site as any of you reading do. So I am getting a vote from my fellow members here. With the facts I have listed in this poll, should I have access to the member chat by now?

    Your Karma isn't high enough to enter, it has to be slightly higher then the initial Karma given when an account is Kreated. This can be most easily achieved by creating a new account and letting it sit for a month. By doing so you can accomplish two things by this.

    #1 Be able to chat without sacrificing your own personal comment quality.

    #2 Same as #1

    Or you can get there faster by spamming the user name "thegypsysailor" all over the website or people here also seem to like the childrens show "MyLittlePony" that'd work just as well.
