Should i go to the doctor?

I am over 30. For the past 2 years I have noticed that one of my testis was less firm that the other one. Here recently it is really noticiable. One is firm and hurts if much pressure applied. The other one is very mushy and does not hurt at all if squezed. Is this normal?

    You'll be right, if still the same in a couple more years, I'd start thinking of having to do something maybe.
