Should i go out with this girl?

I sit next to a girl in one of my classes and we talk everyday, but whenever we're talking she doesn't make eye contact with me and she constantly straightens her hair. She also talks about weird stuff and acts nervous whenever we talk.

I think that she likes me and I like her too, but here's my problem. I'm an Asian guy and my parents won't let me date before I graduate college and get a job. Should I go out with her? Or should I not bother because I wouldn't be able to get her flowers or do other things that boyfriends do?

    If you want to be with her, be with her.

    Sometimes parents are wrong, and sometimes disobeying them is good for them and you. You have a right to a relationship if you want one, your parents have no right to control that.

    Explain the situation to the girl early on so she is aware that it might be difficult.

    If your parents find out about her, reassure them that you are still working hard and prove to them that having a girlfriend is not having an impact on your work rate or ability to concentrate. You can prove this by having a job (even if it's not a good job).

      i love what you said my parents say i can't date until im 20 they just dont think i should because they think i will have sex to soon im very religious and dont belive in sex before marriage so i know i wont but they still afe way over protective:]

      I'm in high school and I'm taking a ton of AP classes. Getting a job would be impractical and hard to get.
