I got stabbed in the back by one of those. Conclusion for the one I met was that she was just a weak pathetic delusional liar. I don't know how you're going to go about this, but run an id check up on "her" to make sure she's safe and if you do meet her, watch your back and have an escape plan.

I certainly don't see any reason why not. You should be cautious though you never actually know who you are talking to online. It could be a 50 year old gay man you've been talking to so BEWARE!!
