It's just a bunch of hot pics of Nina Agdal and Natalie Roser, but our relationship is serious and I just want to be safe
I mean, there are factors to this.
1) How many are there? If it's a few, I doubt she'll care. If you have an album with 60 photos of Nina Agdal and another album with only 10 of your long-term girlfriend, she might be a bit upset. Most girls wouldn't be screaming about you "eye-cheating" but it might hurt her self-confidence if she knows you prefer standards of beauty she can likely never reach.
2) Do you know these people? No matter what, if my boyfriend had an album with pictures of only a singular female friend I'd be angry and suspicious.
At the end of the day, she's probably not going to go through your phone unless she doesn't trust you. If that's the case you both need to have a good conversation and try to understand why which is a problem unrelated to whether you have pictures of hot chicks or not. Why not just be open and ask her how she feels about it? Communication is pretty great.
Nobody here can be sure how your girlfriend would react to seeing the pics, but it would probably be wise to delete them.
Hardly like it would be a huge loss. If you want them again, you just download, right?
If it's just celebrity crushes and not ex girlfriends, I don't see what the big deal is.
Are they celebrities that you'll never meet in real life? If so, it's probably not a problem. She shouldn't be snooping through your phone anyway.
