Should i consider getting plastic surgery on my nipples?

I’m 18 years old. I’m 5 foot 2 inches tall, weigh 130 lbs, have a curvy figure, and wear a DD bra. I have a large chest and I’ve always been insecure over the size of my nipples. My boobs are perky but my nipples are embarrassing so I’ve never been with a guy or have been seen without a bra on. They aren’t abnormally massive, but if you saw them you would notice that they are large. The same size as a regular elastic hair tie.

They make me insecure and avoid intimacy, should I think about getting plastic surgery to make them smaller?

    No, don't get yourself cut up over some perceived idea of the ideal breast.

    Be proud, and not one bit embarrassed! If a guy has a problem with your boobs, that's his loss!

    Everyone wants what they don't have...women with little nipples want big ones while women with big ones want little ones. Same thing with breasts in general.
