Should i be this nervous?

Ok let me start off by saying im not dumb, i know the statistics of birth control. How many of you use hormonal BC as your only form of BC? I'm curious because we don't use condoms and he wants to finish inside me. Im on a combined pill and I take it at the same time every day, which puts me in the perfect use bracket I think. I still get a little anxiety after we have sex even if he pulls out. So I was hoping someone could put me at ease if they also only use the pill as protection agaist pregnancy.

Why don't you do the smartest thing. And ask a doctor. You'd be doing., nt only yourself a huge favor. But also these nitwits too. It is obvious birth control isn't 100%.

I take the pill and when I decided to have sex I didn't get pregnant. We used a condom though.

I have been on bc for like seven years and I didn't use a condom and never got pregnant.

I never got pregnant while using birth control and never used condoms. After 10 years of it I had to stop because the hormones were not doing me any favors. It took over a year for my body to readjust. But you shouldn't compare yourself to me when it comes to your fertility.

If it makes you anxious, wear a condom. Learn when your most fertile days are, during ovulation, and use extra protection.

use as much protection as you can. it may lessen the pleasure but until you are set up to have a family. let him know you don't want to take the risk and its EXTREMELY unfair to you and your goals in life. It really is. Use BC and a condom and if he whines he's being very selfish and he isn't mature enough for sex.

You'd be better off having him use a condom and you be on birth control. Nothing but abstinence is 100% guaranteed effective against pregnancy.

I only use the pill...boyfriend finishes inside sometimes and I'm fine but we're at the point to where we wouldn't mind a child.
Of course, I have a friend whose boyfriend would always go inside her when she wasn't on birth control and never got pregnant but she got on the pill and three months later lo and behold a bundle of joy on the way.
As dappled said, use a condom if you're that anxious about it. Plan B doesn't always work either when taken correctly. Funny story.

The statistics are the statistics. Either you accept the risk or you mitigate it by also using condoms. It's a purely personal decision for you. If it's causing you anxiety, though, it's worth considering making things even safer.

I found a great 100%, full proof method that works every time to prevent pregnancy ....... abstinence.

Okay, you do know it is possible to get pregnant without him cumming inside you, right?

I didn't use condoms or birth control for a year with my boyfriend, nothing happened. I was on the pill for about 3 months, in a long distance relationship where I only saw the boy for 4 days out of the entire month and I managed to get pregnant after only sleeping with him.

    tl;dr
don't rely on that shit, I got screwed over.
