Should i ask him to trim up?

My new boyfriend and I love giving and receiving oral sex. It's a big part of our play. Problem is he has a bunch of pubic hair down there. I don't really like having my face in it and putting his balls in my mouth is just gross. Plus, unless he has just showered he doesn't smell all that great down there. I'd spend more time down there for him, but it's just kind of a turn off.

My last boyfriend kept trimmed short up top and shaved his balls. It was SO much nicer going down on him and he looked great that way. No hairs stuck in my mouth and he smelled much better. I loved staying down there as long as he liked - which wasn't very long pretty often if you know what i mean. ;-)

I keep trimmed to a small patch up top and shaved below and he has told be he loves it that way. But I'm afraid he won't like it if I ask him to do the same. Should I?
