Ok so my BEST friend in the world (my little sister) is 15 and she broke up with her boyfriend. Well now he calls her all sorts of names. Some include w**** sl*t and skank. She has asked me the meanings of someof these words and i dont know what to do! HELP! Is it normal for her ex to do this?
First, get a physical from your doctor and explain your anxiety and all of the physical symptoms you are having. You need to rule out things like chemical imbalances that could contribute to anxiety. Next, learn to be focused on the present moment rather than stories about what you are feeling and experiencing. That means you need to accept rather than resist what is happening, but that doesn't preclude not doing something about it if you can. You might explore various forms of meditation, but stay away from anything that requires a big investment of money or adopting some kind of belief system to practice.

Considering the ages, I assume the ex is also 15, or around the same... he's probably not matured as quickly. Boys mature at a slower rate than females, so the breakup was probably a lot harder on him (and his ego) than you think. He also probably doesn't know how to handle the rejection, so he does in the most appropriate way he knows how. Name calling. Also, if he has anger issues, that could also be another variable to the name calling.
You should confront him, but don't come off antagonistic. Stay calm and think about what you're going to say to him. As far as telling your "Sister" what these words mean, educate her. Her ex is degrading her by calling her these names. Regardless of the ages, it's uncalled for.
Tell the little putz to knock it off or you will tell his MOTHER what he is calling your 15 year old SISTER. That should scare the crap out of the little misogynistic snot and get him to stop.
