It is not exactly nice to see ANYONE - be they male or female with black "patches" (hair) on their bodies... Body hair serves NO purpose at all - get rid of it where ever it may be - on male or female (s).
OI as a long time married crossdresser have been sans hair for eons, and I can't ever imagine me having this adversity in my lifetime again.

I'm going to give my armpit hair a perm tomorrow just to spite everyone who said it's normal. Me no likey!
I say no, but I do think you should trim your arm pit hair as a guy. But that's just me
i shave mine. it just looks weird. i'm sorry, but i don't want hair growing there. it's itchy anyway and just looks bad.
It's completely up to the guy and what he likes and feels comfortable with
Half of me says: yes, get rid of his hair!
But the other half says: but it's 'unmanly' if he's hairless like me.
My guy isn't too hairy, and while I am going to sort out his back, leg and (tiny) chest hair, armpit hair can stay. If it were any worse than it is, we'd probably both want it gone too... I don't do hair.... Aha
So yeah, normal. Some guys don't care for the hair, some guys need it.
i have known some who do becuase it reduces sweat. they can do whatever they want, my personal preferance is less body hair
Personally I love a hairy man but each to their own, I wouldn't say it's abnormal
It depends.
If a man looks like he has Alfalfa in a headlock then his pit hair is out of control.
There's nothing wrong with clipping it back.
Besides, how many men demand that WE shave our privates? If they want us to trim our bush, they can trim their pit-wookies.
Pretty normal. Mostly depends on the guy, and whether they're comfortable with doing so or not.
I personally think guys who shave are more attractive.
