Shouid text a girl i have only seen once irl?

I have known her for over a year and we met as we had mutual friends and she lives near me. I met her once last year at a theme park for a friends birthday. I always have to start texting her and if I would stop bothering she would never talk to me. She does however have a lot to do on a daily basis. I talk to her at least once a week. During our conversations she is nice to me but she is equally nice to me as anybody else. Should I carry on talking to her or am I wasting my time?

    may be she dnt consider you as an important friend so just let her to realise one day or the other day by showing her positive works

          But the problem is she is busy all the time and I don't think she really cares about me too much :-(

            You don't have to text back straight away. She'll probably reply when she isn't so busy? what do you mean a personality that is addictive?
