That sounds like a good way to mess up the flora of your insides. Stop with the stupidity, and start with probiotics.
Repeatedly using enemas when it's not necessary is not good for the natural flora of your poop shoot.
I just performed a thought experiment on this matter. It seems that distilled water with the pH adjusted would have negligible effect. You could even dissolve a bit of poop in the mixture to add probiotics. Of course being a cerebral guy, I am only interested in hypotheticals, not real data. If you care to test my hypothesis, let all of us know how everything works out for you.

NO! Enemas are fun, but not with cold water. That is a very bad idea. They don't feel as good either. But yes it's normal to enjoy enemas and other anal shit and no enemas aren't gay lol.
Enemas are used for 2 reasons. Non sexually cleaning the colon, and cleaning the colon before anal play (which is usually associated with gay men)
Wouldn't warm water help the poop move out, then you would not feel constipated
