    Hell to the no! Of course, that's not normal. If your creepy sense tingling, then you act on it. I have a friend who a few years younger than me. When she was about 15 or 14 she dated a guy in what I think was his late 20's...

    No problem for me... but 18 and 13 is a big difference... when they grow older not but yet it is too early and too big difference!
