She isn't turned on anymore after taking depo shot

So my girlfriend seems to have an extremely decreased sex drive after she started taking the depo provera birth control shot, but i'm concerned. We've also been together for almost a year, so I believe it is also possible that she is just not interested in me sexually anymore. What do you people think?

    Many birth control meds can do this. I'd have her talk to her doctor about another med.

    Yes. My wife took it after our first child. She gained weight, lost sexual interest, and turned visciously mean.

    Look into other b/c methods.
