Sharp pain from navel to peehole

I'm a healthy 31 year old female...my only problem is Im overweight with a big belly. But even when I was younger and thinner for as long as I can remember every once in while I get a sharp tugging pain from my navel to my peehole. It seems to happen when rolling over in bed or gettin up too fast. The only doctor I told was baffled. I saw online som posts from others who had this so thought Id post here.

DEFINITELY not an STD. I get this sometimes. Got it a lot more in my teenage years (and I was a virgin then). I thought it was a hernia, but I had a surgery and they found NOTHING. So scratch that. It's still a mystery. Get the same times as you but also on an empty stomach. Never thought I'd find someone else describe this. Weird. If you figure it out message me, K?

    Could be constipation.

I'm not sure, but it sounds like an irritated nerve. Could you be constipated? Pressure from constipation can cause odd sensations and discomforts.

I would try a program with walking and yoga. Walking will improve your spine health. We were not designed for these jobs where we sit down all day. Losing weight and toning muscles will pull your spine into alignment and help your digestive system, so these might be your best bet for managing it. Plus, if your weight is normal, doctors don't have that excuse to blame every complaint for.

If it's not a hernia or a bladder infection it could possibly be a bladder or muscle cramp.
