For the past year or so, people have been noticing that my hands shake alot even though I don't notice it. I don't think much of it, but I started to notice it myself. It is involuntary and I do suffer from some anxiety, but am not taking any medication. Is it normal?

    My hands shake but thats from a lifetime of playing guitar not anxiety :)

    thats very common. a friend of mine got something similar to this, he believes its his hands remembering him wanking a lot.

    There is a hand tremor called "essential tremors" and it is usually an inherited thing.

    Im fairly healthy for a 21 year old. Definitely don't smok or drink too much coffee. Could be stress. I will definitely see a doctor soon. Thanks guys!

    I don't mean to startle you, but things like this could be an early symptom of something serious, like Parkinson's disease. I strongly suggest seeing your doctor. Even if you think it's nothing... better safe than sorry.

    Try to de stress your life. Also too much coffee and cigarettes can cause it.
