It's probably because your blood sugar is low in the morning! Shaking does not necessarily mean you have parkinsons! That's so serious! But still, if it bothers you a lot get it checked out with a doctor.

You need to see a doctor. It could be a thyroid disorder (common in both hypo and hyper thyroidisms), Parkinsons, or even Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). Get to your doc and get some blood tests done ASAP.

It might be a lot of different things. To see a Dr. its wise. Than you see if you have reasons to worry or not.

Sheesh...a lot of people must think they're doctors. Parkinsons?? Not every tremor means Parkinsons, guys.

While there are countless reasons this could be happening, the most likely is hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). This is actually quite common in the mornings due to the log stretch between your last meal and the time you eat breakfast.

Other common reasons for shakiness include fatigue, caffeine use, anxiety, etc.

I wouldn't worry if the problem is just in your fingers and just in the morning. It happens to a lot of people.

But if the shaking seems to get worse over time or spreads to other parts of your body, I'd see a doctor.

It depends how old you are. Essential tremor is much more common than Parkinson's, just to set your mind at rest. But the advice of seeing your doctor is good.

I belive that's an early sign of parkinson's disease, research on it. The same thing happens to my mother when she drinks coffee in the morning ,her whole hand shakes.
