    Different people have different sexual needs; and each person in a marriage or relationship has at some point needs to address what it takes for their partner to be sexually satisfied (which may be more than they can or will provide).

    It would be quite normal for at least some marriages to be improved by various forms of sexuality contact with others outside of the marriage, and most partners will allow at least a limited amount of that (OK to go to a girly club as long as they fill their hunger at home is a somewhat common thing I have heard some ladies say).

    However, while sexting may have helped in your case... It hurts in other cases; and there is no reason to shout about it.
