    If it wasn´t a part of orgasm denial SM play, I think I would feel physical frustration combined with discomfort and a mix of negative feelings.
    When my sexual arousal reaches certain level, I need the relief. If denied, it might give a great form of SM torture, but outside this context it would be extremely frustrating and irritating to me.
    One exception: if I wasn´t sexually aroused or excited by the sex which was going on, then I probably would be OK with it and it wouldn´t bother me.
    So in most cases it would lead to physical and mental frustration.
