I'm sexually attracted to women but unfortunately part of my brain thinks how nasty it is to put part of my body in another person's body, with all their bacteria and liquids floating around... I just gag. I tried to drink to stop thinking about it but it didn't work.

Because women love to have their sex partner give them oral sex. And, if you can't even get over penetrating a vagina with your penis then you'll never put your tongue in there.
Have you considered latex gloves and condoms and dental dams? If you sell it like you have a medical fetish it just might work. Telling a woman you think her girly bits are icky certainly won't get you very far.
