Just get back on and ride a new horse. It doesn't have to be perfect, just the act of doing it with someone else will help you.

Sometimes, it takes people quite awhile to gather the courage to get back on that horse.
You're not less than a real person if you aren't currently in a relationship. In fact, there are lots of positive things about being single.
If you're feeling miserably lonely because of your single status and don't know what to do about it, then maybe you should think about talking to someone about what's preventing you from moving forward.

No one should be expected to be in a relationship. This is normal. Unless you want to be in a relationship and aren't after so long.
