Second amendment attitudes

In my opinion, it seems people care more about preserving the second amendment than the first one. For example, if censorship occurs, people couldn't seem to care less. But, when some politician does even the slightest thing as criticizing guns, people bitch and bitch. In contrast, I couldn't give less of a shit if someone wants to ban guns, but if someone wants to regulate my speech, I'll lose it. Am I the only one who cares more about the first amendment than the second one?

    I'd say that if "they" take away my first amendment rights, then I'm going to use my second amendment rights to fucking kill "them".

    People complain about both all the time. Generally the people complaining about guns are the same as the people complaining about free speech rights. I know you might hate guns but spreading false truths isn't proving your point.

    I don't think that's exactly true. It's just different people care more about one or the other. Mostly along left/right political lines. Are you perhaps in a "red state" and therefor surrounded by people who probably care more about the 2nd?
