When im having sex I cant help but scream uncontrollably every time I orgasem. My boyfriend doesnt like it when I scream, cause he says im to loud. But i cant help it, when I squirt I cant even think cuase it feels so good, so what im I suppose to do concentrate on not screaming or how good the orgasem feels? Is it normal that I scream "loundly" when I orgasem/squirt?

You can't scream too much or squirt too much. That's the goddamn stamp of approval; unless she's faking. But you really can't fake squirting unless you just pee on the guy/girl (and any lucky person to have experienced squirting should be able to tell the difference.)
