Scared to have gynocomastia surgeory

Hello all,

I am not fat by any means, infact I am in good shape. However I have a mild form of gynocomastia. It has always bothered me so I took the plunge to have surgeory (from one of the best doctors in my city) in May.

I am so terrified sometimes and other times not. I am just scared of being asleep like that. I am not scared of the pain afterwords or the fact that I will be slightly cut open.. Just the thought of general anathesia scares me a little.

Has anyone gone under it and what is it like? My family members have and they say you just sleep and wake up from which felt like a 10 min nap, but of course it was 2-3 hours.
