Scared to give birth?
I love babies and want to start a family. But I'm too scared to have a baby the normal way. It seems so painful. I wish I could just get a c-section instead.

And, a C-section takes longer to recover from and is more painful to recover from than regular birth. Read up on it before you decide to start a family.
HELLO I AM A NURSE!and i am also very afraid of having children. so afraid that i might not have any :<!
but you can choose to have a c-section. you CAN choose. dont believe who says you can't
have a nice day
Birth is the easy part. It's the next 18 years that are painful! There is no epidural for raising kids!
I gave birth naturally and its the best thing i ever did. A very painful but great experience, cant wait to do it again! The outcome makes it all worth it :-)
I know the feeling. I'm really skinny too so like yeah , I don't think my body could cope with it tbh. My mum had a caesarian with me and my twin brother and she loves us a lot more than some mums love their kids so yeah. I don't see why a mother would love her children any less dependent on the way they're born.
The way I've been told, the pain helps you to bond with your baby. You think, "I just went through all that experience, and got the most wonderful reward." It also helps to make you more protective. "I 'bout DIED to get this baby here, by darn I'd I let anything touch it!!"
Now I know there are people who resent the baby after, for causing them so much pain, but I know from experience, that the natural way is the best. You heal faster, and have a wonderful sense of accomplishment! For me c-sections should only be used for what they were intended for... emergencies.

yes C-section has a longer recovery time and risk of infection, vaginal birth can cause complete destruction of vaginal tissue, LOTS of pain. at least with a c-section you can get some prescribed pain medicine to take home. both hurt, but one is obviously more.... how should i say... barbaric? no, destructive. :P

Hi sister - I am the same way lol. I have considered surrogacy, but there might be some issue's with that too. I have worried a lot to where I am today. I do not know what to do - but if I gave you ANY advice, I guess either adopt or do whatever makes you feel safe and happy with your baby.
