Usually, people who faint in the shower faint because they are masturbating. Don't believe me? Ask a doctor. So, stop masturbating while standing up and you'll be fine.

Sounds like you've developed a sudden phobia, perhaps see a doctor to ease your mind or even better, a talk therapist who will just listen and help ease your mind. Good luck, I'm sure you're fine

You have PTSD. It may go away over time or you may need a therapist to help you work through your fears. I have ptsd. Try to just calm your irrational thoughts when you notice they occur and ask yourself the likelyhood that it would happen again.

The exact same thing happened to my ex boyfriend in college. It was also in the shower. The doctors didn't know what caused him to faint but he ended up hitting his head and going to the hospital. You can't live your life in fear though cause that would be a waste.
