Scared about having your parents meet your bf?

I have a feeling he doesn't particulary want to meet my parents either, but we live fairly far away from each other and I would like to have him at my place for a change. We are together for about half a year now and I am worried to let my parents see him (not because I think he is ugly, I think he is quite handsome) but because he is like 5 cm shorter than me and I know some people find it weird, when the girl is taller than the boy and I never mentioned that fact to my parents or my brother, because personally it doesn't bother me much. I am overall worried what they will think about him, maybe just I find him pretty... I also think he is perfectly likable , but I am scared about my parents making fun of me over the fact that we are not "the usual" couple by the height difference or being shocked or whatever

If people judge him harshly, because of a slight height issue they're not worth worrying too much about. If your family make fun of him to you tell them to fuck off.

Height difference is pretty much impossible for a young man to overcome. Just hasn't had time to increase in wealth, style and muscles to compensate for it.

A warning flag: calling your guy 'pretty' instead of 'hot' or at least 'cute' is a very troubling sign for your relationship. Good luck!

He is definitely cute, I tell him he is cute a lot... Hot, I find him hot at times.. I'm just a person that is more romantically interested in people than sexually (I'm somewhat asexual or maybe not, idk xD) He is not really a young man, he is 28^^

I guess what I'm getting at is masculinity. The main and most crucial point is whether or not he makes you feel more feminine when you're around him. That's what masculinity does to girls, but being short does hurt that.

He's even older than me. Maybe all he needs is some facial hair.

Maybe English isn't her native tongue?
