      I don't think so, this is guaranteed to happen if you masturbate enough without lubricant, and/or have a virgin gf that sucks at giving hand jobs. Rub your skin enough, especially the thin skin on a dick, and it will eventually rub off, causing a scab, or what i call friction burn.
