Scabs around rectal walls?

So yeah, earlier today I was sticking my finger up my butt, and i noticed that there were hard scab-like growths in it. I wasn't sure if it was just hardened poop or something, so i started kind of picking at it. I didn't get anything, it must have either attatched or "dried" onto the rectal passage. I have been getting half-diarrhea lately (mushy poo), which i hypothesize is caused by the scabs, or whatever they are, not allowing the moisture from the feces to be absorbed.
I'm thinking about checking it again after i poo some, though i already did, but didn't exactly get much poop out. Yeah. So....anyone have ANY idea of what is happening?
