    The general consensus is that the risk of HIV transmission by oral sex is low, but there are several other venereal diseases which are easily caught via oral sex.

    If the donor is healthy, it's not harmful to swallow semen.

    As long as they don’t have any std’s go for it. It’s always better to swallow in my opinion.

      Yeah, why not swallow? Some I know don't like the taste but I think at that point you might even question why are you taking oral to the point where cum is going to be involved if you don't like the taste? Why not give a little oral and then stop and either have sex or finish him off with a handjob.
