No, that's a silly thing to do. Shave your unit with a dull razor, then soak it in gin.
There are topical ointments and sprays that can decrease the sensitivity of the penis. Maybe you should try those.
And I am pretty sure that you won't have the nerve to rub sand paper on your penis.
