Whenever I drink Rockstar Energy drinks, I have nightmares. I've tested it a few time, and it's always happened. Is there something wrong?

Omg I drink rockstars like H2o which I know is horrible but I get nightmares all the time!
Caffeine drinks are usually loaded with B vitamins, which are good for you, but when taken before bed can have adverse effects on your subconscious state. Your mind stays overly active while your body rests.
That's not normal. It's probably caffeine sensitivity because the high caffeine content. That's the only thing I can think of.
Talk to a doctor if you want to know more.
Also if you don't like the nightmares then stay away from the drinks.
