Reversed freckles?

Whenever I get a tan, I get little white dots in my skin, like reversed freckles or something. Is this normal? Does anyone else experience this? By the way, I am white and quite fair-skinned.

    I read "reversed freckles" and was like "What? What is that? Do you have freckles inside your mouth or something?" That's normal. I have one on my arm. As far as cancer goes, I don't think it's that serious. But just in case, wear some sunscreen or something. I am light-skinned and I tan easily.

    They're sunspots. It's an early stage of skin cancer. I'm not saying your going to have skin cancer, but it is a possibility. Because my mom and i both get them when we are in the sun but she is healthy as can be.
