Your leading Presidential candidate is a mealy-mouth buffoon who was born with a silver spoon in his mouth. Would I vote for this racist pig? Fuck no! You all know who I'm talking about. Question: is this guy a normal republican?

I am glad to know rappers like him. That is always the first thing I check when selecting someone to lead the nation.
Anyone who would vote for Trump, or Obama, or Batman, or anyone else just because rappers like them is probably a moron. In fact anyone who would factor that into their choice of who should lead the nation at all is probably a moron.
Lol, that wasnt why i mentioned it. It just indicates that he has very broad appeal, even among people that you wouldn't expect to support him... which is a huge advantage. All the more ironic given that he actually does know his shit, the guy is a world class dealmaker, he gets shit done
And that "world class deal maker" experience is going to work against him big time if he were actually elected president. Because the way government works and the way business works are completely different. I am not going to debate if that is good or bad because that is not the point. The point is that good or bad it is a fact that he, or any other president will have to deal with.
He is used to a small board that you have to run major decisions by, and that are largely beholden to you if you control a large amount of stock. He is used to himself and his executives who really run the day to day to have broad authority do to the primary operation. He is used to being able to file corporate bankruptcy to cut his losses when it makes economical sense, because that is what large corporations do.
What he is not used to is not being able to spend money without the permission of both houses of Congress, which is beholden to voters and doners, not to him and his shares of stock. He is not used to the quagmire that results from trying to get 60 votes in the very political divided Senate required to enact anything. He is not used to not being able to file bankruptcy or sell something off and just walk away when something doesn't work out.
It always sounds so great when some politician starts talking about how they are a leader and they know how to get things done. But any one who actually believes he can do half the stuff he is talking about severely overestimates the individual power of the presidency, which is actually pretty limited.
