Remembering dreams

Sometimes when I'm playing my drums and I get really into it, I randomly remember dreams, some are ones that I had months ago that I completely forgot about, or recent dreams I had forgot about.

It's not like I'm trying to remember them it just happens randomly, I get a really clear image of dreams I've had appear in my head, not that I dislike it or anything, just wondered if it was normal.

    It is perfectly normal well only for people like us, many a times when I'm doing something in real life & if I had a dream like that it suddenly pops up in my mind(the dream sometimes is months old or a year) remembering dreams is a curse sometime caz I literally spend hours thinking whether it really happened or was just a dream.....

    Yea, i dont remember dreams unless i see something that activates the memory

    This isn't random. Something you are doing happened in your dream. Maybe it was a sound, sight, or smell. But something you do reminds you of the dream so it comes right back.
