Recipe for sneezin

I've noticed I can force my body into a sneezing fit via a few simple steps. If I take any minty substance (be it a mentos, tic tac etc), chew on it for a while then stare directly at a bright light source I begin to sneeze many times over! The most I've had in a row was 7 times, is this normal?

youre so so sooooo lucky that you can do that. ive done EVERYTHING and i mean EVERYTHING to be able to sneeze. i've licked mayonnaise while running backwards and ive sewn buttons on a strawberry and THAT didnt even work. ive only reached a 3 sneeze maximum and it was one time and i couldnt have been happier. so youre sooooooooo lucky. cherish this talent and carry it with you. it is a part of who you are and will always be. god bless you. god bless you god bless you god bless you god bless you god bless you god bless you.

Actually I read in a book that when u walk into a bright room after just being in the dark makes you sneeze. It's like a change in pressure or something idk

    My memory fails me lol

But u could probably google it:)

I like it too, because sneezing is 1/7 of an orgasm.

Yes, that is normal. My husband always stares into a light when he has to sneeze as well. It's called a "Photic sneeze reflex" and occurs because the optic nerve is close to the trigiminifacial (SP) nerve. When you look at the light it stimulates the optic nerve which spills over to the trigiminifacial nerve which causes you to sneeze.
