I'm worried I'm not packing enough meat to satisfy women, my dick is only 4 inches long when erect with a 4.5 inch girth.     none of the options seem approbiate.

    Size IS important. no use lying about that.
    But: techniques, motivation and endurance are equally important.

    heck, i have friends that don't even expect to have an orgasm themselves during intercourse because they have a hard time climaxing, but they still enjoy having sex.

    It'll mostly just depend on the person you will be with, but no nice girl will react nastily if you do your best for her...thats including foreplay, maybe going down on her, stimulating her clit as Ic1988 said, etc...
    Ya, it's more "work" than undress, fuck, dress, call her a taxi, but i can assure you that at least for me all the "environmental" elements, that is, how willing you are to try and please me, play a more important role than your size.     May I suggest perhaps flicking the bean during intercourse? Also, shorter ones are better for the g-spot. I think you'll be fine.
