I had an issue with a boyfriend and wondered if anybody else had the same "problem"
I dated this guy for a while who was extremely attractive. To quote the film "really really ridiculously good-looking" to the point where grils would go throw themselves at him all the time. He was like Henry Cavill combined with Joe Manganiello. I swear one of straight friends had a crush on him! Anyway it kind of bothered me at the time in a normal girlfriend-jealous kind of way but looking back, Id never want to be in a relationship with someone like that again. All that attention is bound to go to a persons head, I mean all the celebrities cheat ...its not like they are all born douchebag cheaters but if women constantly drop their panties for a man at some point it will be too big a temptation.
I guess Im asking is it normal to feel this way? How would you react to being with a person who was always hit on?
btw we broke up for unrelated reasons but I still think of him to this day.

    Yes I know exactly what you mean. i had the same exact issue with my ex and I swear I'll never date a 'hot' guy ever again. it's too easy for them to cheat. it sucks, so annoying. fuck that.. never again

    I am guy n I honestly don't want a girl like that. I guess it's fine if sometimes guys flirt with my girl but 'all the time' is a big no! I've never wanted them popular girls anyways. Hehe I like them regular ones who re more complex n beautiful inside than outside

    Nomatter how attractive a person is perceived to be, if there are going to be skanks out there that will hit on your boyfriend, its going to happen whether you consider your boyfriend more attractive than most guys or not. Skanks don't have standards anyway and everyone has a different idea of what attractive is so you can't really say "so and so IS attractive" but you can say that in your opinion, you find them attractive. I mean, hell, honey boo boo's mother has a husband who seems pretty attracted to her and I'm sure a lot of people don't exactly perceive her as a typically good looking person. That being said, if I were in your situation I would give them a warning. Every single bitch that crosses the line with your boyfriend, you warn her to back off and so should he. If he's an asshole who just likes female attention, get rid of him. If he's genuine, he will tell them to back off. If they carry on with their slutty ways, punch them in the face. I'm not even kidding. I disagree when you say all men are bound to cheat if they have a lot of female attention. True, the majority of men will probably cheat because the majority of men are assholes. Infact, the majority of human beings are assholes but there are exceptions and if a man is decent and actually loves his girlfriend/wife, he won't cheat.

    I am blonde and not that attractive. I admit my face is not pretty or cute, and my body is shapeless.

    Men gawk at me all the time just because I am blonde! Many of them have said as much.T hey come on to me all the time, where my girlfriends who are much better looking in my opinion, with better bodies are never even glanced at.

    Blame Hugh Heffner. The idea that the blonder, the hotter. When really, all old women have blonde hair now to try to attract a guy. Blonde is the new gray.

    It is amazing that we are all so superficial that good looks can equal how the media has programmed us.
