Perhaps now is the time to try learning to love yourself without relying on desperatley screaming for approval from strangers on the internet.
There's no harm in trying. Particularly so in your case since you've already laid out a nice little list of things about yourself to admire.

  Oh hoho. My dear friend, you are sadly mistaken. I'm not a liar. I only expressed a few of my personal traits. I was hit by a car while pushing my friend out of the way. Sure I got a few severe injuries but I got through it within about 1.5 months. I can tell where my injuries were.
