Reaction to concord grapes

Concord grapes have a narcotic effect on me. I just had a couple and now I'm giggling uncontrollably and I want to start spinning like a child. It's only concord grapes, no other food (including other types of grapes) does this to me. IIN?

    The grapes might have fermented slightly and they say that fermented, mouldy grapes make the best wine.
