    generally is conditioning, but you can go as far as your genetics allows you to.

    I'd say both genetics and conditioning.

    Not really sure where "luck" would come in. I've never met a person that was smart because they were lucky.

    anyway i have 2 brothers and a sister that are WAAAAAY different from me and each other, both physically(health wise) and mentally, ESPECIALLY mentally. lol i'm second smartest, my sister is a effing genius and one of my brothers can barely multiply in his head
