Random conversations

Me and my sibling used to have these parts in our conversations where one of us would state a completely ridiculous and implausible theory.

The second one would ask questions about it, and the other would make up an ludicrous explanation for why it was logically true.

I've nicknamed them "fart conversations" in my mind.

Examples:

Statement: A white coated tongue means that it's clean.

Reasons: When food passes over the surface of the tongue, it rubs off the dirt, leaving it clean and white.

Statement: The sky is blue because the color of the oceans is reflected by the water surrounding the earth.

Question: Why and how is the Earth surrounded by water in the first place?

Answer: The temperature above a certain point gets cold, so when water evaporates, it condenses and forms a reflective sheet.

Questions: Why doesn't the water fall back down, or form clouds?

Answer: Because the gravitational pull from the moon specially affects it, holding it in place."

The "logic" of course gets more ridiculous the more questions get asked, and the more real facts are presented by the other person.

And on it goes until someone concedes. It was pretty fun to just spout nonsense like that.
