Heres the story, ive had hyperhydrosis since i was a kid, and because of that i havent been able to get a girl. My hands and feet are always cold and sweaty. I have tried many cures but none of them have worked. Have you dated anyone with that condition? What do you think of it?
Never dated anyone like that but for the right person I don't think it would be a issue.
What cures have you tried?
Just be yourself. The right girl will like you for you and any girl who doesn't is the wrong one anyway so don't be hurt by rejection. It only means someone else is meant for you.
I have heard some girls say they actually like guys who are sweaty from working out.
Honestly if a guy was up to my standards I wouldn't be bothered by something like that
I don't have that condition however my hands are most of the time sweaty like yours. My bf didn't care much. You will find people who wouldn't mind and would understand your situation just be a nice guy :)
If it's really bad there are apparently surgical options - but beyond that I don't know much about hyperhydrosis.
Does it smell bad or something? I can't understand how this would be THAT much of a girl deterrent, unless it's just you being self-conscious about it or something.
It does not smell. Its just so embarassing and disgusting to me and others. When i have to shake hands with someone i have to come up with a lie not to shake his hand and they just look at me weird.
What about a handkerchief in your pockets to dry first before shaking hands? Honestly if your a good person this shouldn't be the biggest of deals not everyone is going to like you but if you put yourself out there your bound to meet someone nice that won't have any trouble overlooking this little thing everyone has some kind of flaw and if this is the worst thing about you it shouldn't be a relationship killer.

Just do a knuckle bump or tell them you're a germaphobe or something, lol.
To be honest, it really doesn't sound like that big of a deal. Like another user already said, if you're a good guy, you shouldn't have a problem getting a girl to like you for you.
