Is it normal sometimes I’ve been able to tell if a guy’s circumcised or not by looking at his penis outline when he’s wearing close fitting pants/shorts?

I noticed that one guy was circumcised when he was wearing tight jeans and I saw the noticeable ridge (the corona) at the bottom of his penis head.

I noticed another guy was uncircumcised when he was wearing tight pants and I noticed there wasn’t a visible ridge. It was all smooth.
