Do you have a name you call the kinds of expressions a guy has when he has an unwanted erection and is trying to act like everything’s normal?

Examples of situations during which a guy might have such an expression:

- He’s trying to hide his embarrassment after someone notices his erection

- He’s trying to act like nothing’s going on when he’s actually trying to hide an erection

    My bf gets boners ALL THE TIME. He wears boxer briefs so his dick doesn’t move around which causes him to get boners. Also never going out in sweats bc there’s no hiding it.
