Putting cigarettes out

My girlfriend Jane is a social smoker and as a result we do not have a house full of ashtrays. When she has finished a cigarette she will quite often stub it out on the leg of her denim jeans (she has also done the same on leather jeans and if she is wearing her work clothes she will pinch it out with her bare fingers or stub it into her hand. She does not do this as a party trick and can not see why I find it strange. Is it normal for some people to put cigarettes out this way?

    She either showing off or she's crazy.her clothes must not be that expensive...I couldn't imagine burning beyonce or Rihannas wardrobe shit I couldn't Even imagine burning a 5.00 shirt from rainbow tell her to put a cigarette out in her vagina...see what she says

      No, she's not showing off! She only puts cigarettes out on heavy jeans. If she wants to show off she rubs them out on her leather bra. The only time that she chips the burning end off into her vagina if if we are smoking in bed. Needless to say I always stub it out for her.
