Punished for running inside

Ok so I have this habit of running inside. We moved to this new house (two floors) and my room is upstairs. I like to run with music on because it turns my imagination on and it's like my own little portable entertainment inside my head. When I walk on the top floor it makes thumping sounds downstairs. So today when I posted this I was running while my mom was downstairs, she came upstarts and kind of kicked my and said not to run, she said to stand in the garage room for 10 minutes and its kind of cold in here. Is this a Norman form of punishment just for running inside (note that I don't like running outside due to the elements, like the weather and I prefer inside) is this normal. I will include an image of the garage room if it even shows up.

    Sounds like your to young to be in here or you should move away from your mean mommy. Either way pouting on the internets won't solve your problem.

    I dont think you should get punished for running inside. Depends on if you're knocking stuff over lol

    But it doesnt sound like you deserve it
