I'd prefer to be able to get my girl off any time she needs or wants to but that's not always possible if I'm at work or whatever. So if she has to rub one out then, so be it.
As long as she's not doing it while I'm home - when I could be doing it for her - or fucking herself so much that she doesn't want to fuck me, it's OK.
At the same time it can be good to have to wait sometimes & let the need build up so I wouldn't want her pleasuring herself every single time
Unless you (girl or guy) are willing to get on your knees whenever they are in the mood, leave them alone. If I had issues with it I'd be a hypocrite because I masturbate too. It's a fun and healthy outlet that should never be seen as a problem.
