Could be serious case of social anxiety or it could be something else. You really need to speak to a doctor to figure out what causes you to feel this way and how best to deal with it.

    Sounds like paranoia.

"...what I am gonna write may be unbelievable..."

    No _may_ about it.

There has never been any evidence that some people are telepaths, and lots of research has been done on this question.

If people seem to know what you're thinking, they could be using their empathy and understanding of how humans work to guess what's going on in your head.

Alternatively, you could be focusing on the occasions when pure chance results in things happening that support your beliefs, while you ignore the many other times when people show that they haven't a freaking clue about what's going on in your head. This is called Confirmation Bias: most people pay attention to things that support their beliefs (no matter how absurd they may be), and disregard any evidence that their beliefs are faulty.

Or, as RoseIsabella says, you could be suffering from paranoid delusions.

Hang on, are you saying that the experiment they performed in Ghost Busters wasn't real?

      I won't believe your lies!

What? I was replying to someone else's comment on here, not what you said OP?

You need to figure out how this website works before you get upset about stuff like this.

You haven't really explained further the paranoia you are having. I asked you that specifically and you told me something else. Hard to help like that.

Blind spot makes a good point.
I don't know that a doctor could help.
Or how much money you'd waste trying to find out.
    A solution based on science?
Your brain is messing with you.

What is the problem, exactly? That you think people know what you're thinking? And if you've had it since you were born how did you only find out now? :S

I discovered that when I lived alone in a room in the campus.
